Order Policy

⁃ The delivery time for a piece ranges from 7 days to 20 days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays (except during peak seasons), and can be extended to 30 days.
⁃ The delivery time for international orders ranges from 3 to 7 business days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
⁃ Dear customers, please carefully inspect the products and confirm the order upon receipt. If there is a defect in the products, please contact us within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the item.
⁃ We apologize for any cancellation or modification after payment has been completed (no refunds).

 

Return and Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect in the item, and this must be within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the item. No item will be received after this period has expired. In the event of a defect in the item or an error in the order, an exchange or return will be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Exceptions include:

⁃ Misuse of the product or failure to wash the item properly.
⁃ The fabric or model does not suit the customer, as all item details, including design and fabric, are mentioned in the item description on Instagram, our photo of the product, or the customer’s inquiry.
⁃ The customer chooses an incorrect size or alters the item.
⁃ The product will be delivered with all its accessories.
⁃ Refunds are available within 3 to 8 days after receiving the item and ensuring its integrity.
⁃ The store reserves the right to inspect the product before exchanging or returning it to ensure the item’s integrity.
⁃ All items are tailored to the customer’s request; therefore, the size must be verified before ordering. Completing an order from the store constitutes acceptance of the store’s terms and policies. – If the item reaches the customer in a size other than the one stated in the order, we will bear all costs of returning or exchanging the item and compensate the customer with a 10% discount code for future orders.
