All our pieces are custom-made and require 1 to 2 weeks for preparation.
Please note that preparation times may take longer during holiday seasons, sales periods, or months with high demand.”
Once your order is ready, we will ship it as follows:
- INSIDE UAE: Delivery in 1–2 working days
- Worldwide: Delivery in 3–6 working days
Lily’s Boutique is not responsible for any incorrect address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
Refund and cancellation:
All our products are custom-made and not ready-to-ship. Therefore, we do not accept refunds or returns for any reason, unless the item is received damaged.
Please note that Lily’s Boutique is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.
If you receive a damaged item, you must submit a claim via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your package. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Additionally, no order can be canceled after 48 hours of payment.
Please note that we do not make any changes to our designs. Any request requiring a design modification will not be accommodated. You will receive the pieces exactly as shown in the website .
